Gold, Platinum and Titanium status customers earn 5 points for every $10.00 spent with Univar Environmental Sciences on most ProVM chemical products and equipment. A Loyalty Bonus of 2 points for every $10.00 spent will be applied to your Rewards account upon 2017 program completion if your 2017 purchases meet or exceed 90% of your 2016 purchases. Additional Monthly Bonus points can be earned with purchase if conditions of bonuses are met, as specified in Connectivity Newsletter and other Univar communications each month.
To determine product eligibility you can go to the ProVMWeb Online Price Book and look for the term "Rewards" in the product notes column.
To redeem your earned points visit the Univar Rewards Online Store. A forgot password feature is available or contact your Univar Sales or Customer Service Specialist for help accessing the site.

Only purchases from Univar Environmental Sciences will qualify.
Points will be deducted for any product returns or credits applied, points are based on net sales.
Points redeemed for Univar Dollars (Credit on your Univar account) are to be used towards future purchases only, no payments will be issued.
Certain Gold, Platinum and Titanium accounts may not qualify, such as large corporate accounts. This is due to conflicts with Univar's corporate compliance laws. This decision is made at the sole discretion of Univar.
Customers without Gold+ Status that earn Gold+ status during the program period will be awarded base points earned during the program period.
Points are tabulated based on purchases made on each unique 6 digit Univar customer #. Points are awarded periodically throughout the eligible period. Only 1 Univar Rewards online store sign in ID per customer. Points may expire after prolonged periods (2 years) of inactivity within the Univar Rewards online store. An inactivity warning will be sent 30 days prior to point expiration, via email, to warn Rewards members if this is to occur. In the event the program is cancelled at any time, a minimum of 60 days notice will be given to all members in order to give sufficient time to redeem earned points. Customers who fail to earn a minimum of 7500 points each year may automatically forfeit points, at the sole discretion of Univar. Accounts making late payments or with outstanding payments owing may be disqualified from earning points and Univar reserves the right to remove any points balance earned under these circumstances. Cash value of points earned may be applied against amounts owing, subject to the discretion of Univar.
